At the southernmost entrance to the proclaimed World Heritage Site, The Greater St. Lucia Wetland Park, in the heart of the quiet peaceful town of St. Lucia is the secluded retreat of Robin and Kate Gunter, a warm and cozy Bed & Breakfast with all the luxuries of home away from home. The salt water swimming pool is refreshing after a long day in the Game Reserve or on the wide open beaches. Location

St. Lucia is a quiet coastal town 27km due East of the N2, about 275 km North of Durban and the same from Swaziland. Take the R618 turn- off from the N2 and travel along the tree lined tarred road to the secluded town of St. Lucia on the banks of The Estuary. After crossing the bridge over the estuary continue to the T-junction and turn right into the main street (Mc Kenzie Str.) Proceed along the main street (approx. 500m) until seeing the thatched vendors’ market and turn directly opposite it into Dolfyn Street. Proceed along Dolfyn Street passing 2 roads to the left until reaching Hornbill Street – turn left into Hornbill Street and Hornbill House B & B, No. 43, is approx. 200m along the road on the right-hand side.

There are three individually-decorated comfortable double guest rooms each with an en-suite bathroom. Each guest room has its own private terrace overlooking the garden.
