The Atalia Holiday Home at the Langebaan Waterfront was established in 2004 and offers luxury self-catering accomodation for the discerning visitor. This stylish, modern and ultra comfortable home offers accomodations for 10 people and is situated right on the beachfront.
Superior accommodation is offered in 5 comfortable, sunny, beautifully
appointed bedrooms with 2 modern bathrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed
and an en-suite bathroom with a corner spa-bath for the ultimate soak.
Aside from the spacious main bedroom, there are another 4 luxury bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms have 2 beds in each room. The fourth bedroom features a Queen-size bed. The family bathroom has a shower.
The large lounge has really big windows providing a lovely view
of the Atlantic Ocean. There is colour TV and a DVD-player in the lounge and an
indoor braai/fireplace for cool winter evenings. A 8 seater dining room table
in a big dining area is open plan to both the lounge and the beautiful kitchen.
The wood and stone kitchen is fully equipped and has a microwave oven plus fitted stove under stone tops for easy cleaning and style. There is also a fridge-freezer and a modern dish washer installed.
The Atalia Holiday Home is situated in a security complex, with
a remote control gate. The whole property is enclosed by high security fencing
for maximum peace of mind. A double garage provide amble parking for 2 vehicles.
The Atalia Holiday Home is situated in the West Coast Town of Langebaan, which
is rated as having one of the lowest crime rates in the Cape Province.
Accommodation
The main bedroom (upstairs) is equiped with a double bed, bed side tables with lamps and a dressing table. A build-in wardrobe provide amble space for clothing. The en-suite bathroom is shared with bedroom number 2 via interconnecting doors.
Bedroom 2 (upstairs) is equiped with 2 single beds (double decker), a night stand and a bedside lamp.
Bedroom 3 (downstairs) has a queen sized bed, nighstands with lamps and a dressing table with mirror.
Bedrooms 4 and 5 (downstairs) are both equiped with 2 single beds each, nighstands and bedside lamp.
The downstairs family bathroom is shared by the 3 downstairs bedrooms.
All the rooms have build-in cupboards and extra towel rails.
The entire house is terracota tiled with large
windows letting in amble sunlight during the day and also to provide stunning
views of the Atlantic Ocean.
