Accommodation
1 Presidential Suite, 2 De-Luxe Suites, 6 Garden Suites, 12 Luxury Rooms and
30 Semi-Lux Holiday Apartments and access to 120 Holiday Chalets. All accommodation
is fully serviced with 24hr reception. (Hotel: 4 Star Grading - SA Tourism) &

Location
Situated in the spectacular Breede River Valley, commonly considered to be
the Gateway to the Klein Karoo. 2km outside Montagu, only 180km from Cape Town
via N1, N2 or Route 62 (Longest Wine Route in the World!).
Climate
Dry, hot summers with cold winter nights, but beautiful days. Roughly 200m
above sea level with less than 200mm of rainfall per annum. The area is well known
for wines and fruit farming.
Special Features
43º hot thermal & mildly radio active spring on the property fed into
5 outdoor and one indoor pool + 4 spa baths. World famous for its curative properties
especially for skin ailments, arthritis, rheumatism and general aches/ pains.
"Miracle" cures documented since early 1800s. Our Presidential Suite,
has it's own indoor spa filled direct from our Hot Spring.
Health & Beauty
The new Full Health Spa & Gym will be opening in late 2006.
