Our hospitality is well known. The Hart family has always been involved in hotels and in 1959 Ted Hart built the Laingsburg Hotel. Brenda and Robin Poole are the 3rd generation to continue this proud heritage and have upgraded the Café Hart Coffee Shop - serving mouth watering specialities from all over the Karoo! Our menu features a style of Cape cookery utilising the best lamb in the country. Prepared with many fragrant flavours which we are fortunate to have in the Cape.

During the daylight hours you can also relax in the lush cool setting of the swimming pool with it's distinct country atmosphere. Opportunities for exploration and fun in the area are endless. Travelling through the spectacular Seweweekspoort, you can reach Oudtshoorn, world - famous ostrich farming region. Then on to George and Knysna via the spectacular Outeniqua Pass. A circular drive will bring you back through the Swartberg Pass to the hamlet of Prince Albert and back along the N1.
