Whale Cottage Hermanus is a Beach House with magnificent views over Walker Bay, and of whales B & B (Breaching and Blowing). Hermanus is the Whale Capital of South Africa, and offers the best land-based whale watching in the world. It is about 45 minutes drive from Gansbaai, which has became well-known for shark cage diving. Whale Cottage Hermanus has a sparkling pool , and offers secure parking. It is safe to walk to the restaurants and shops.

All rooms have a bath/shower en suite , television (DSTV and German TV channels), airconditioning, hairdryers, heated towel rails, safe, CD player, and electric blankets.
Breakfast Buffets are enjoyed on the pool terrace with seaview. An Honesty Bar, and a tea/coffee tray, is available 24 hours a day. Whale Cottage guests are welcome to use the hi-speed wireless internet facility at no charge, but we request that the usage be of reasonable duration.
